These organizations are on your side and have your back. I highly recommend that you subscribe to each of their email lists so that you receive the most up to date need to know housing information week in and week out. Each organization is unique in what they do and offer and compliment each other. One thing they have very much in common is how immersed in the legislative process they are. And right now that is where property owners must be most vigilant.

The net operating income (NOI) of any business is a crucial component of its value and ongoing operation. Of course there are are variations to how this is calculated depending on the business and acceptable accounting methods.

Now that you know the incumbents it is important to be part of the campaign to replace those that are irresponsibly draining your resources as a property owner.
At the city level Election day in November 2021 will usher in a new mayor and the majority of the NY City Council. The best way to know what is going on, is to get on the email lists of the Property Owner Advocate Organizations mentioned at the top of the left column on this page. Read every email they send you and join the zoom meetings, act on the calls to action and read the articles. This will help you with your choices on election day.
AND do not forget to cast your VOTE in the Democratic Primary in June. (Note that you must be a registered Democrat by 02/16/2021 to vote in a Democratic Primary)

Podcasts are a modern version of radio. You tune in and listen to your favorite hosts who talk about the topics that interest you.
